Waterproof Dog Car Seat Cover & Hammock with Mesh Window

It's built for medium and large breeds — Goldens, Border Collies, Labs, and shepherds — that don't fit comfortably in a console seat. The mat surface measures 137 × 147 cm (54 × 58 in), wide enough to span a full bench seat, and converts between flat-bench mode (one passenger plus a dog) and full hammock mode (the whole back seat as a contained pet zone).

Hammock wrap design with mesh window

Multiple zippers convert the cover from a flat back-seat protector into a deep hammock with raised side walls. A central black mesh window between the front headrests gives you and your dog visual contact during the drive — important for anxious dogs that panic when separated from the driver. A side zip door lets the dog hop in and out without you having to lift the whole panel.

Sizing — measure your back seat first

The 137 × 147 cm mat fits standard sedan and SUV bench seats. Wing dimensions are 46 cm (left), 55 cm (right), with a 36 cm front bottom flap that drapes down to protect the seat back. Before ordering, measure the width of your back bench at its widest point — if it's wider than 147 cm (true 3-row SUVs and full-size trucks), the side wings won't reach. When this isn't the right car seat cover

Skip this if you have a small dog under 10 lbs (4.5 kg) — they'll get lost in the hammock and slide around on turns. A center console car seat elevates them to window height and feels more secure. Skip this if you only need a quick wipe for muddy paws after one walk — a basic seat-back protector or even a folded blanket is enough. And skip this if you're flying — for air travel, you need a TSA-approved soft-sided carrier, not a car cover.

Care

Spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap for daily messes. For deeper cleans, machine-wash on cold gentle cycle and air-dry — don't tumble dry, the PP cotton fill compresses unevenly under heat. The waterproof coating holds up through repeat washes if dried flat.
