UFO Transforming Dog Ball Toy with Optional Lights

A familiar ball can turn into something worth investigating when its shape changes. This UFO transforming dog ball presses down into a flat disc, then pops back into a ball after a delayed release. One moment your dog is watching the low, spread-out shape; the next there is a round toy to chase. It gives shared play a different rhythm indoors or on the grass, without needing a separate toy for each shape.

Choose Blue, Red or Green, then pick No Lights, 3 Lights or 6 Lights. The lighted versions respond to impact or pressure. The changing shape remains the main event, so the unlit version keeps the same press-and-pop play.

What's included

• One transforming toy in your selected color and lighting version.
• The ball and disc shown in the gallery are two shapes of the same toy.

Press, wait, then chase

Gently press the yellow circular center to flatten the ball. An internal spring and suction hold delay its return to the round shape; the hold determines when it releases. Set it down, let your dog watch the change, and join in the chase. This is a press-and-release toy rather than a motor that keeps it moving continuously.

Before the first play session, remove the shipping tie and let the toy rest for two hours so it can recover its round shape. Keep pressure on the yellow center, away from the side connections, and avoid putting your full body weight on it.

Materials and construction

• Shell: soft rubber with a smooth molded surface and raised ribs.
• Structure: folding colored panels, yellow inserts and black connecting strips.
• Lighting: optional three-light or six-light versions, activated by impact or pressure.

Size — ball form

• Ball dimensions: 22 × 22 cm (8.7 × 8.7 in).

Choose your version

• Colors: Blue, Red or Green.
• Lighting: No Lights, 3 Lights or 6 Lights.

Choose the unlit version if flashing lights do not suit your dog.

When this toy isn't right for your dog

Skip this one if your dog tears apart moving panels or becomes unsettled by a sudden pop. The flexible construction suits supervised interaction, not prolonged chewing. For a simpler rolling toy with a bell, see the Woven Bell Ball for Cats & Dogs. Introduce either toy at your dog's pace.

Care

Wipe the shell clean and let it dry before storing. Check the panels and connecting strips before play, and remove the toy if anything becomes damaged or loose. Keep the lighted versions out of water.
