Full-body pet costumes often fail at the legs. A cat backs out, a small dog freezes, or the sleeves twist before the photo even happens. This hot dog costume keeps the joke on the back instead: the plush bun and sausage panel sit over the body, while hook-and-loop straps close underneath.

It is meant for short supervised wear, not all-day clothing. The open wrap design leaves the legs free, so it is easier to put on than a costume with armholes. The raised mustard detail gives the costume its shape in photos without adding a heavy hood or headpiece.

If your pet is between sizes, choose the size that gives the chest strap enough overlap without pulling tight.
