Sizing - measure first

Measure your pet from chest to base of tail and add about 5 cm for sit-up clearance.

• M: 37 x 17 x 25 cm; pets up to 4 kg / 8.8 lb, such as Yorkies, Chihuahuas, and small cats.
• L: 43 x 19 x 31 cm; pets up to 7.5 kg / 16.5 lb, including most adult cats, Bichons, Mini Poodles, and smaller Shih Tzus.

Too small means the pet cannot turn around comfortably on longer trips; too large lets a small pet shift around when you walk.

When this isn't the right carrier

Skip this if you need an airline-approved carrier — soft tote shapes without a rigid frame don't qualify under most under-seat policies. Care

Spot clean with cool water and mild soap for daily marks. Remove the cushion and hand wash separately; the carrier shell can be hand-washed cold and air dried — avoid the dryer to prevent the cotton from shrinking. Wipe the gingham lining with a damp cloth between full washes to keep it neutral.
